I Never Thought I Would Feel so Good in My 60s…
7 Second Bedtime Hack: I almost died at my granddaughter’s high school graduation. That’s when I knew it was time to change.
After sitting so long in the sweltering Texas heat, I passed out right there in the bleachers and had to be rushed to the hospital.
When I finally came to, the doctors told me it was from “heat exhaustion” – but I was also just on the cusp of a fatal stroke!
I was stunned and horrified. I knew I wasn’t in the best shape of my life…but I thought I was at least reasonably healthy.
As I frantically pelted the doctor with questions, he finally sighed and said, “Quite honestly, I think it’s the excess…padding…that you’re carrying. That can affect the body’s ability to regulate heat in a major way.”
I was so embarrassed, ashamed, and scared I wanted to just sink right into the floor…but then I looked up and saw my beautiful granddaughter standing right in the doorway.
So I made my commitment right then and there to get my health under control. Not just for me, but for her.
I Tried Everything and Nothing Worked…
If there was a Bingo game for different fad diets and workouts, I would’ve won 10 times by now.
I tried keto, paleo, carnivore, intermittent fasting, low carb, slow carb, and no carb…
I tried boot camps, running, yoga, pilates, spin classes, and at home workouts…
And I tried every combination you can imagine.
NONE of it worked. All I did was waste a bunch of money and time…not to mention how sweaty and out of breath I was. (Turns out I STILL couldn’t regulate my temperature…go figure…)
And I began to wonder…was there anyone or anything that could help me?
I Was Desperate …
I was desperate until I noticed the strangest thing at the mall one day.
It was a man and woman both about my age, and they both had their hands full of bags. Between the two of them, it looked like they’d bought an entirely new wardrobe…all for her.
And even through her baggy sweater and sweatpants, I could tell she was gorgeous! She practically looked like a magazine model, which made it even more odd that her clothes were so loose.
As they got closer, I noticed she kept apologizing to him…but he kept grinning like a schoolboy and telling her everything was fine.
Finally, they came to a stop right in front of my bench and he split off to use the restroom. While she was alone, I nodded to her bags and asked, “New wardrobe?”
She laughed nervously, almost like she was guilty, and said, “Yes, I’ve had to replace everything. I just shrank down four dress sizes and needed new clothes ASAP!”
I couldn’t believe my ears!
“How?!” I asked, probably a little louder than I should have.
“Oh! Here, let me show you…”
That’s when she pulled out a piece of paper and scribbled down a website address.
“Just watch the video there and it will explain everything!”
So as soon as I got home, I watched the video like she said.
Not only did the video change EVERYTHING I thought I knew about health and fitness…but when I started using their advice myself, I completely transformed my body!
From 202 down to 199…then 180…then 166…all the way down to 128 >>>
I was FLOORED by how fast and effective this technique was!
Because it turns out…
Weight Loss Has Nothing To Do With
- Restricting all the best foods
- How much exercise you do (or how intense)
- Sugar, carbs, or even fats
- Thyroid or hormonal issues
- Or even genetics and age…
Those are just convenient excuses for “health and fitness” experts selling products that DON’T WORK!
As long as we believe it’s OUR fault, they can keep selling us the same junk and the same empty promises.
But now, thanks to this “7 Second AM Trick” we can break the cycle!
I know because I tried it myself and it WORKS!
This “7-Second Bedtime Trick” Has Allowed Me To…
- Indulge in ice cream and bread whenever I want
- LOVE what I see in the mirror every day
- Only stay as active as I want to (pretty much just slow walks on the beach…)
- Finally get my numbers under control
- Escape the trap of endless workouts and diets that FAILED ME before…
Now I’m on the Journey to Lifelong Health and Happiness…
And I want to help others join me – because it’s SO MUCH EASIER than we’ve all been told!
I’ve always believed in “paying it forward” when someone does a good deed for me. So now…
I’m 63 Going on 29 – Join Me?
I finally feel like myself again…
I’m down to the same dress size as my 20s.
My husband is drooling over me like he did in the early days.
And most importantly my HEALTH is back under control!
I never actually saw that woman from the mall again…which is a shame because she changed my life and I’d love to thank her properly.
And so now it feels like the only right thing to do is to SHARE what I know now!
