I LOVE going out to eat!
Oh, please stop, you know you do too! LOL
For years I was carefree and had a ton of fun with my girlfriends.
After having my kid in my early thirties, I noticed things started to change for me, I was physically and emotionally drained.
Years before my pregnancy it was pretty easy to stay lean, but after having my ‘sweet pea’ (my term of endearment for my daughter Katylyn) it was nearly impossible.
For years after my pregnancy, my size would swing up and down uncontrollably.
Then the hard stuff of life all seemed to start at once for me. Of course, 2020 came and along with it Covid hit. I was laid off from work for almost two years. I was stuck in the house with nothing to do but eat. I became the heaviest I’d ever been. I felt terrible!
I became tired, sluggish and depressed!
It felt like everything came crashing in on me!
I tried a lot of things …..
A friend of mine who is a personal trainer had me do a bunch of workouts! It was all nonsense to me because we both knew eating is my ‘jam’ not exercising.
Looking back, because of my (untreated) depression I had a major attitude problem and figured anything I did wasn’t going to help.
I remember one sleepless night, thinking to myself, with all that I am doing and it not working, I might as well give up.
I was tired of all the nonsense.
My thoughts of never getting back to the cute body I had, really saddened me.
I figured this was me now. And that I should just accept it, as there seemed, there was NOTHING I could do about it.
One day while searching online for the next best thing. I found a story talking about this 10 Second “Coffee Hack”

It felt like a turning point moment for me. Hearing all the different testimonies really resonated with me.
I no longer mind getting on the scale in the morning.
My dress size has dropped. My experience has been wonderfully baffling to me!
I got my ‘cute’ body back. My depression has improved. I once again enjoy going out to eat with my friends in what I call my ‘cute’ outfits. My life has changed for the better and I am grateful. And a nice thing about the 10-second hack is that it works for anyone. Not just for us gals but also for guys as well.
I dropped 40 pounds in total….
I don’t mind looking in the mirror anymore because like I said before I once again like what I see…
My girlfriends compliment me on how well my cute outfits fit me and even my personal trainer friend is wondering how I did it…
My sleep has improved…
And my mind is clearer.
