After having the girls, I started ballooning and I couldn’t get away with eating whatever I wanted any more.
I used to burn everything off all those calories, but now it seemed like my body wasn’t working the same. You can tell by the picture below!
My metabolism wasn’t working the way it did when I was younger.
And my health was going backwards. I had such low energy during the day. And I was falling asleep in front of the TV in the early evening.
